2. Acceptable Forms of Donations

• Cash Donations - Currently Cash donations making are not allowed.
• Cashless Donations - Or Online Donations making only to charitable trust accounts and which are about organization founder and at him own.
• In-Kind Donations - Donations can be such as items for needs to provide organization mission in usable and good condition and some of them need to have tax receipts.

3. Administrative Implications

• All donations include part of amount donated for administrative costs about 20% in accordance with the law of Republic of Armenia.
• In special cases some of donations can be making specifically to solve administrative costs.

4. Tax Implications

• Donor Receipts - Some of cases we provide donor receipts, including timing and required information.
• Tax Deductibility - Tax-deductibility of donations, including any limitations or restrictions in accordance with the law of Republic of Armenia.
• Consult a Tax Professional - Additionally we ask donors to consult with a tax professional for specific advice.

5. Recognition of Donors

• Public Recognition - All donors will be recognized, such as on a donor wall on the website, on a social pages donor wall. In special cases donors will be recognized in newsletters or journals.
• Private Recognition - Options for private recognition is personalized thank-you souvenirs in the form of white roses. In special cases donors will be recognition such as personalized thank-you letters, phone calls or invitation to some event.

6. Use of Funds

• Mission Alignment - Donations will be used to support the organization's mission. The main activities of use of donations are the purchase of first need things and major improvements of living conditions for children.
• Financial Transparency - Organization ensures financial transparency and accountability by provide and keep it updated information about all donations, projects, tasks, gools and results on the Website. Including information about annual reports, financial audits, or other transparency measures.

7. Use Services and Resources

• Main direction for our organization is run on donation in the form of use our services and our resources.
• Prices for services and resources are based on the donation amount of about 10%.
• All available services are updated on the website.
